Finish Elephant

We were through in Glasgow for some orienteering in Pollok Park; we were there in early December when there was a hard frost and everything was frozen hard and I wore street shoes. Today it was mild and muddy so it was more normal. There was a mass start at 11:30 with 60 minutes to get as many controls as possible; I was a bit cautious and missed one control out and I think I would have had time to get there as well. The finish was by a carved elephant near a playpark; an unusual feature, which has been a blip before. Afterwards we went to Pollok House for a look around.
