Epiphany

I walked to church this morning, almost ran, so when I arrived I was sweating buckets. Even my glasses steamed up! Walked home via the shop. I intend walking at least one mile a day. When I got home I took down and put away the Christmas decorations. The fibre optic lights on the Christmas tree stopped working last week so when I googled it the bulb needed changing. I managed to get the bottom off the stand and found the bulb but I couldn't remove it. I decided to take the tree to the tip and see if the garden centre had one in their sale. When I got to the tip there was a queue right up the road to get in, everyone must have had a clear out this weekend.  I've bought a lovely new tree but it's staying in the box until Christmas. I called into the plant nursery and have bought some pansies to go in the spots where the cat has been messing. I bought another hyacinth, I have a blue one that has flowered and the smell is divine and wafts round the house.
I haven't blipped my crib this year so here it is, it's 40 years old, the 3 kings were a secret Santa from work. The sticker is what Sahara gave me on Christmas Eve. I leave my crib up until the 2 Feb.
Back to normal this week, I'm still increasing my activity levels and going to try aqua tomorrow but taking it easy.
