Nostalgia

Old fashioned stew and dumplings for tea today, to match the back to work mood for the (senior) adults in the house tomorrow.

Allotment for a couple of hours this morning, planting out some garlic I started in the garden, working out where my new flower bed, as opposed to just veggies, is going and generally continuing the mid winter pottering.

No.2 came back after a week at her mothers, No.1 left here yesterday to go there. It'd be nice to see them both together but the communication skills of youth don't seem to be improving yet.
