Rubbish Dip

There's an easy environmental message here.... I presume the ragged blue bag is from a farm, given where the burn runs, but I'm not entirely sure the Dipper particularly appreciates it.

At times I feel like the environmental agenda is moving further up the list of priorities; and then I see the counterpoint of the likes of Trump and Johnson in power (I mean, check out the NY Times article linked to below on the laws that used to protect migratory birds in the US).
