A traditional Sunday morning had us settling back in after our travels with breakfast at Salami, being dropped off with Little Dog on the moors to walk home, and Rich getting in a few supplies. 

This guy was humorously complaining that his cycle ride was more of a Sunday stroll than a mountain bike ride.
