I first posted this on 27th October when the installation works were incomplete.We were in Plymouth today for a small amount of shopping and passing the Theatre Royal noticed the hoarding around this sculpture had been removed signalling the completion of the paving. I will leave it to the viewer to decide whether this move is an improvement?
