Freezing

Very cold today but the boys insisted on playing in the garden before we took Aidan to school nursery this afternoon.

Aidan had a good week at nursery and managed to get a 'sunshine week' sticker which he was very pleased about.

After Logan and I collected Aidan from nursery we returned home to a power cut. After a phone call to the electric folk they said it wouldn't be fixed till at least 6pm but they'd call me back. Thankfully I had an appointment at the GP surgery which got the boys out the house for a bit. By the time MrMono got home at 5.30pm the power was still out so we 'treated' the boys to McDonalds for dinner. On our drive home we had a phone call at 6.40pm to say our power was back on! Woo hoo!
