Today I prodded as ran yesterday just to chaperone, hubby after his 3 months off with Achilles issues and chest infection..
Tired to get a photo without the wind blowing the hair but it wasn't happening.

The Christmas onslaught has taken its.toll!! We had a Fab night last night impromptu met some.friends from the running club and.theb back.to his man she'd! What a fabulous place a bar, soundproof so.music, we had a take out in there lovely fun.evening.
