Another day, another abbey

Yorkshire seems to be liittered with ruined abbeys courtesy of Henry VIII. This one had the advantage of free entry and oof being huge.
So ipmressed were we with Coxwold last night, that we found a walk in that area today and it took in this ruin. Too long probably spent there as we got back to the cars in the real gloaming. 
A quick pint for DS#1 and Tricia before they drove back to start supper, whilst DS#2 stayed and met up again with Wellington friends. When we were just about to leave, a phone call came through from DS#1 saying that our car - which he had been driving - had died. The AA arrived and the news was not good with the cam belt having shredded. It was taken to a nearby garage in Malton for further investigation and DS#2 and I went there to pick up DS#1 from the c\ar, Tricia having abandoned him and hitching a lift home.
A very late roast pork still tasted good.
