we went to first foot beth in town - she made us tea and pancakes and the flat was looking lovely. she still has a bad cough. peggo was in town with her pal and came back with horrifically long fake nails...jeezo. daisy had had a sleepover at poppy’s last night and was a complete wreck today having had no sleep...she showered at least. my beautiful new danner walking boots arrived today...I love them. we also took the tree and decorations down which was sad but I like having the space back. always reminds me of the year tiny daisy sat on the couch crying for about an hour that the tree was going away, wee soul. she’s less bothered these days.
