Even worse today

I had hoped I'd wake feeling a bit better but a lot worse today. 
I had an appointment at the optitian first thing then a couple of lessons. I couldn't wait until they were finished. Straight home and I've not moved from the couch. Feeling worse than this morning. Early to bed for me and hopefully will be better in the morning.
