Chores

Busy and pretty satisfying day doing start of the year chores around the house and to a few places in town. Managed to get quite a lot crossed off my list, and the aerial man came and fitted a new aerial and cable so that the TV is working once again. 
Also managed to cut right back on eating today ...a scone, a piece of fruit cake and some lentil and pepper soup. Hopefully if I can do something similar for a couple of days every week I'll soon feel like a new woman!
