Rose

We took down the rest of the Christmas decorations this morning and put them back in the loft. While we were doing it I noticed this rose, see extra, so I got my new 35mm macro lens out and had a go at a bit of abstract.
I went for a walk down to the village pond and old clay pit both have a nice lot of water now.
After lunch I had another go at the register bar and think I have got it right this time, it looks a lot better. After that I cut the card and glued it in place on the back to form the air transfer cells, another fiddly job.
