The new bridge
We took David back to Dingwall and dropped down to Ferry Point for a walk.It was really muddy and slippy so did not go very far.
This is the new bridge that has replaced the damaged one that has been out of use for a few years. It’s in memory of James Blake who died earlier this year. https://www.ross-shirejournal.co.uk/news/dingwall-bridge-ends-two-year-impasse-and-as-father-pays-poignant-tribute-to-son-188146/
There were quite a few birds around including red shanks, a curlew and some wigeon. The sun was trying very hard to break through the clouds and just about managed to get a few beams through now and again.
The Brownie cheque book has finally arrived !
