Taybridge

It was that time of night as I drove home this evening so a wee detour was called for just to remind myself that there is a sun!

Boy it's cold out there.

We were discussing the imminent weather at work today and the main bug bear was the amber alert. Now, tomorrow in our area the met office are forecasting light snow...Note the word LIGHT...

Why is this cause for a warning? It's January...snow does sometimes happen in january, particularly in Scotland. The same applies for a smirr of rain or a puff of wind. No warning is required, really! The human brain has not yet entirely lost the ability to compute and deal with the norm. Bloody nanny state!

Mind you, being the weathermen....the chances are that the LIGHT snow will in fact be
A) nonexistent
Or
B) A blizzard

Nearly the weekend ;)
