How.......

This is How...well I call him How! He's in the woods where I do my walk running. I pass him every time I go because he's en route to the toilet! He always makes me smile even though he looks mighty miserable!
We did a bit more today, we were pushed to 5miles! It was a nice run....very fresh at -6! And hard under foot.
I was then off to the vets for Maisie's yearly injection.....she was such a good girl. Normally she is so frightened that she cowers in a corner, but today she was much happier:)
Then a trip to town to change a pair of trainers.....followed by the dreaded supermarket shop! O how I hate that job!
Not swimming tonight as its quite away from where I live and not sure what the roads will be like, but I'm off on a 4mile walk as soon as I've posted this!
Then I think it's home and bed!
