Smithfield

We were out walking before 9am this morning, we drove into Timaru, parked the car and walked Caroline Bay and the Benvenue Cliffs.  Surprisingly, there were a number of others walking, some bikers and even a swimmer in the bay (it was not warm). The walk takes us past the Smithfield Freezing Works...nowadays it’s got a fancy name Alliance Group. (What happens behind doors is the same as it always has)

Shocking hideous tragic conditions in Australia, one would think it couldn’t get any worse but today it has.  Heartbreaking.
