The Italians

There are good and bad things about living with 8 people. One is even when you try to do a boring night, you can’t. The two girls are my Italian housemates, Lucia and Ana.

I am so tired from new year. But in comes the salami, wine, parmigiana and late night discussions of Salvini and Catholicism. While I consider green to be a very lefty, progressive, eco friendly political colour, in Italy it is considered very conservative, which caused cross-cultural confusion when we discussed politics. I’ve still barely explored Italy and would love to go.
