The last sun

When I pulled the drapes back this morning, this is the vista I saw.  I sat there shooting as the light changed and birds went flying by.  I caught a few but this is the best shot,

It will be the last sunshine for a while, as by this evening we will be moving into another wet period.  So I need to get out and run some errands, but I have things I need to do at home as well, so of course I'm doing neither at the moment.  Multitasking was never my strong suit and as I've gotten older I often find myself flummoxed when faced with choices.  Wish that weren't the case..
