Pizza

I made a pizza - in real terms I made the bit that takes time, the base, a few weeks ago and froze the dough. The topping is tuna, tomatoes, fresh oregano, anchovies, olives and cheese. The nutritionists amongst you will recognise the health benefits of fish and fresh fruit; this is pretty close to being a supafood. I swilled it down with a cheeky glass of a nice healthy red.

A day of reading and more reading. Some interesting and some less so. It was interspersed with chats with colleagues which is always nice. I caught up with someone to check that they'd had enough pigs-in-blankets, always a concern, and I also spoke to David who lives in Abroad where they had a Bank Holiday yesterday to celebrate St Hog Many or something.

It's been a long week - I'm looking forward to taking a time-out tomorrow.
