The joy of outdoors

Set off for a ride with gripey stomach and lack of energy but the wonder of a bit of nature and good company did the trick and I returned happy and satisfied.

Ashton Court is the go to, on the doorstep, choice for the Bristol mountain biker and, although not perfect, it's a great spot and invariably quiet.

Home to jet washing and a hot shower.

Probably have to think about work at some point and what's for tea.

Could be worse.
