Old Gate

When was this overgrown gate last used, I wonder?
When the last person used it, did he/she know that it was the last time?
How long did it take the animals to notice that they no longer had access this way?
Did they grumble about having to walk further - like humans?
So many questions!
I definitely should get out more!
