Feijoada

Perfect weather for staying indoors and cooking up a storm. I put to good use all the ingredients for this traditional Brazilian dish that we had picked up last month in Dublin. I knew not what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of rich and fresh flavours. The caparinha added to it too.
