Watching the spray

Today we visited Wairēinga (Bridal Veil Falls), near Whāingaroa (Raglan). I tried to capture a sense of the spray near the bottom of the falls.

At the bottom, the young lad seemed rather taken with said spray.

Before then we went in to Whāingaroa itself, and at the water's edge I took this of one of my nephews. It was quite deliberately conceived, the moment I noticed him start down the stairs. I waited for the right moment and posture, and clicked.
