Welcome sight

Weather Forecast for today was lousy, so of course we had a lovely start! Our Crocii and daffodils are abursting and with some drops from last nights rain, these looked rather good. We were soon both in the garden, rakeing and snipping, filled a big bag, a big improvement ! I cleared the dead leaves from the ponds and disturbed a male Great Crested Newt, he is really a quite handsome creature. I wanted to Blip him but was worried he would come to harm if kept awake too long...
