Steph and Evie

Steph brought her little on in today. I’ve not met Evie before, so it must be about two years since Steph and I had a catch up. Steph joined my team about 7/8 years ago for a month on work experience. She was amazing, eventually graduating as a teacher. She has medical conditions and had been told she would never be able to have children, so Evie was a wonderful surprise for her and her husband. It was lovely to see her and she is a fabulous mum, clearly devoted to her lovely little girl.

Work was strange, with some people still not back from the Christmas break. I wrote a timetable before I went on leave for the meeting and Parliament team’s away day next Monday but for the life of me I can’t find where I wrote it, so will have to put my brain into gear tomorrow and plan it again!
