We booked a mini break last night.

So here we are in Newcastle!

This morning we got our things together then we drove down after lunch. We took a brief detour to drive across the causeway to Holy Island, just out of interest.

We were here in time for a swim together at the hotel pool, then we had our dinner at Frankie & Benny's.
