Had a surprise when I got up this morning as the sky was full of various shades of pink.  No time for breakfast or a cuppa, quickly got dressed and out the door in a few minutes.   Afterwards drove further along the road to Port Carlisle checking on any potential view points there.  I wasn't disappointed... so may get up early tomorrow.  

Had a lovely catch up with some friends/neighbours and they were very happy with some photos I gave them of their lovely dog who sadly died a few months ago.  Misty's so funny as when she knows we are going to visit them she runs down their long driveway and then barks and whines at the front door to let them know she's arrived!  I get there eventually!
