Along the esplanade

What a beautiful cold morning!! Caught up with Carolyn and went for a leisurely stroll along the esplanade. I thought my ears were going to fall off it was so cold. Have to start wearing the base layer the kids got me for Christmas.
We went for lunch after I had my weekly weigh in, think I put my weight loss straight back on with what I ate, going to have to go for another walk now!!
Not to worry, bought another pair of shoes while in town so all is good!
Well Thursday night is another football training night in our household. Too cold to stay and watch.
