Another day, another waiting room.

Cold start today... as you can see from the thermometer in the back garden. Brrrrrrr!

Went to a new (well, new to me) hospital today - The Chelsea and Westminster on Fulham Road in London. Their pain clinic are assessing me to see if I am suitable for a Capsaicin Patch to help the pain in/on my stupid hand and arm. Been a problem since my spinal surgery last March.

It's quite a new treatment they might offer me. I've been allergic to skin patches before (Lidocaine) so we'll see. It's early days but it was a positive first meeting.
