Not Feeling Well

We spent the last day of 2019 with Ellie; she wasn't feeling well and her Grandpa and Grandma were going out to dinner for New Years Eve.  Ellie has a runny nose and a bad mean cough!!!! They had planned to take her along, but not possible.

I thought this photo shows how she was feeling.....although she seemed happy enough considering how sick she was. I am Blipping this a day late. Last night I held Ellie and read books most of the evening and then I went to sleep in her room when she went to bed at 9:30PM because I wanted to be close when she coughed.....and she often needed to be sat up so she wouldn't choke ...... at least I wanted to make sure she was okay....of course, she never choked. Grandmas do worry.
