Beautiful start to the new year
I'm drinking roibos tea for Kendall today but I look forward to tea with you others later.
Not too cold, nice and sunny.
I dug a hole to plant the little office Christmas tree. Karen said I should harden the tree first so it is inside tonight. I'll try to put it outside during the day until the weekend when I'll plant it. I made a square hole because I read that this helps the trees. Supposedly they'll happily form a tight, constricting little circle if you dig a round hole but when they run up to the edges of a square one, rather than grow at a 90 degree angle they'll venture out and broaden their root base.
To broad roots! To life! L'chaim!
