The New New Walk

Thank you very much for the kind words yesterday.

Happy New Year to all in Blipland.

We had nice clear heads this morning due to having a sensible evening the night before. As this day last year we went to the New New Walk at Brackletter for a family morning stretch. We didn't have the blue skies of yesterday but it was dry and quite mild.
Harvesting work has taken place here since Christmas as these stacks have grown and there was one very deep section of mud to traverse on the track.
Mrs SJR prepared a huge steak pie (and I did some prep) and sticky toffee pudding of similar proportions and we all went down and had New Year's Day dinner with my Mother.
