Starting with flowers

Around the park this morning to see if any flowers were seeing in the New Year, and was pleased to find this selection.
Not so pleased that the grass in the park, which hasn’t been mowed for some time, was so soaking wet that so were my feet after a while. Amazing how much moisture can penetrate through the eyelets of your shoelaces.
