Happy New Year!

The main course was steak pie, three veg (or two in my case) and copious mashed potatoes.

The dessert was my wife’s homemade lemon flan. Fancy presentation? Nope. Tasty - absolutely, very fine.

My older son’s fiancé was unwell, and unfortunately called off this afternoon, so it was just the four of us this time.

Good chat about Hogmanay and New Year celebrations etc. And some talk of 2020 plans.
