Another quiet day

We were late getting up this morning so the stove in the kitchen had gone out. It heats the water and the radiators, a good chance to give it a good clean while it was cold. I then got rid of the dust and grime we had made on the floor and work tops etc while Ray took Rip for his walk. 
I put some old eggs out on the grass,  the Jackdaws were down in a flash and took them away before I got any photos, this one hung around for a feed on the bird seed.  
Another grey day.
