First post of the year

We are up in Fort William for the New Year, as usual. I took my new tripod with me on our Ne’er Day walk, but it wasn’t really the weather for good landscapes so I reverted to my favourite standby subject of wooden posts (see extras too, featuring more posts and the rest of the walking party waiting for me).
