Christmas decs down and back to SW plan

Lovely walk with Pickle this morning while J took the Christmas decorations down. Girls exhausted but mostly cheerful after staying up until 11pm last night spent most the day playing inside. Photo is baked oats and yogurt for breakfast as back on plan today. J and I are both signing up at SW (3rd time for me) on a 12 week countdown. Determined to be healthy for our 40th birthdays this year. Starting this blip journal for memories to look back on.
