Purdy

We started the new year with a dry day but it was mostly overcast and cold after a bright start.  Purdy was not over impressed and slept most of the afternoon in my chair. 
 
We stayed up to watch the fireworks on tv last night.  They were spectacular as always but a little obscured owing to the lack of a breeze to move the smoke away.  Tomorrow we will start to remove the decorations and get back to normality which includes my trying to lose the odd pound or two that I seem to have put on over Christmas.
