Red 10 hissy fit!

Another hard day skiing today. Loads & loads of snow fell over night, which first thing was great (on first lift at 8.30am to beat the crowds) but later in the day it became harder work.

We stopped for lunch at a hidden place just off blue 3, called Pinzgauer Hutte. You have to ski down to it and then the owner tows you back up whilst holding on to a rope behind a skidoo! This pic is of all the skis having a little rest if their own!

This afternoon got even tougher. Mr W thought it would be good for me to go down red 10, to say I've skied all the runs on the mountain...never again will I go down red 10. It was horrible. It was icy in places and cruddy in others. I even had a hissy fit and was ready to take my skis off and go down on my bum but I had words with myself and made it down. After all I'd done 3 blacks this morning!!

Apparently it's going to be sunny tomorrow, so fingers crossed we'll have a nice last day.
