Babysitting

Dave is taking his responsibility seriously babysitting our grandchildren. Terrible quality photo but there wasn't a second chance as he fell off the sofa after an over enthusiastic stretch.

It's been a sociable day with a swim, coffee with swimming friends, meeting another friend for coffee, a pub lunch with another friend. While I was out I bumped into other friends and caught up with all their news with promises to meet up when the man flu has left the building. Martin is no better.

Reflecting on this ending year, it's been a good one. I've improved my fitness, lost weight, made new friends, had adventures, enjoyed lots of weekends away.
