Spartans

Saturday was a bit damp and I was still coldy. 

In the afternoon, fitted H and C into the Morgan (M has the Mini and the van is a sporty two seater) and went to Buckingham to look for a ring for H.
Unsuccessful but we did get her fingers measured.

On Sunday I roused myself enough to fit in a run. Actually feel better running than when not running. So did a 10k. 

I’ve played a lot of football this year which doesn’t leave much time for running. And I missed part of July with a banged knee. So fitting in 1,000 k for the year is a bit tighter than it is usually...  obsessed? Moi?
