New Year Nibbles

We went to the market this morning to buy nibbles and booze for tonight. We are having a few friends over to watch the fireworks. Nada's balcony is a great spot. Lots of people spending lots of money on treats. Although I didn't buy anything from this case, it caught my eye. Duck fat and duck stock. Things I have never bought and most likely never will. Apparently duck fat is good for roast potatoes.
