Low quay

Monday sherry, not a usual day of the week for drinking it. This is not an advertisement and I have no connection or financial interest, there is little of it and I purchased the last bottle at my source.
I would try it again if available.
I like the double use of the oak barrels from sherry casks to then flavour the whisky after which they then often go on to be cut in half to be finally utilised again as garden planters.
