Way To Go

That's not a sight one sees every day.

The downhill action was exciting to watch from behind. I never got to witness the uphill action, although I did to get to see both a graceful dismount and an energetic mount. There is quite an art to both. Chapeau, Nigel.

The family left this morning and I made the most of the peace and quiet, finding some headspace to start loosening some knots, ones that have been rather intractable this last few months. I'm making progress.
