The most exciting thing I did today was......

....was to make some soup from a wedge of Crown Prince squash that someone kindly gave us.  It was delicious, full of ginger and chilli!  I rather liked the colours and shapes.  Then spent the afternoon trying to get some images (one in extras) together to make into cards for upcoming birthdays in January.  After that we went for a cup of tea with our neighbours (who now live in what was our house!) which morphed into a couple of very decent G & Ts!!
