Jumping through hoops

today trying to organise seeing my kids and their respective families. It now looks as though it will all occur on Friday with a trip to Bristol then back to see daughter et al!

Why is it so hard these days particularly when the mobile phone is only used for sending messages rather than actually speaking to another person and certainly not your parents!
