Snow Geese In Flight

Usually I can always find snow geese in Skagit County on the bird reserve but this year I haven't had any luck, plenty of eagles but very few geese. I did find some in Whatcom County though while in Lynden WA. and with Mt. Baker in the background. which made it a pretty cool shot. I'm not sure what they look for to feed on or why they pick one field over the other so it's always a lot of traveling to various spots and a little luck!
