Tempo

Woke up a bit late, drank coffee and watched summat on iplayer, then decided at 10.45am that I could nip out for a final ride of the year and still make it home in time to freshen mesen up and go out for family lunch at a local Italian where we had a 1.45pm reservation.

Ride and lunch both done and dusted. Next stop - the cinema.

[Of vague interest to misterft and possibly one or two others (but certainly no more than that) the final cycling distance for 2019 came to 8917km when I totted it all up. That's 5541 miles in old money.]
