Causal connection?

Temperature changed 10 degrees since yesterday. On Sunday there was -5 C and very chilly wind, which made it feel like -15 C. This morning +5 C and warm wind. Winter here in southern Finland ain't pretty at the moment. Is there some connection with this kind of weather and gas stations? That's a one thing to think about. I have made some personal moves to reduce use of personal car and doing grocery store visits more often but by walking or cycling as the closest one is only 1,5 km's away. No need to drive mega sized markets for saving few cents.
